SVTS is currently in the planning stages of an expanded community transit route throughout Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin and Pike Counties.  In order to implement this route in the near future we are looking for drivers in all five counties.  We will continue to update our sites as progress is made with the routes.  We are really excited about this venture and cant wait to implement in each county.

 

 

SVTS has been awarded for job performance and customer satisfaction throughout the years by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

· 1995 – Outstanding Statewide Transit Manager

· 1998 – 1^st HSTD Broker in Commonwealth of Kentucky

· 1999 – Overall Outstanding Statewide Transit System 

· 2003 – Outstanding Statewide Section 5311 Transit System

· 2007 --  Outstanding Eastern Kentucky Section 5311 Public Transit System
